Control Your Temper...

There was a young person with a quite terrible temper. The kid's father needed to show him a lesson, so he provided for him a pack of nails and let him know that each time he lost his temper he must pound a nail into their wooden wall.

On the first day of this lesson, the young man had driven 37 nails into the wall. He was truly desperate!

Throughout the span of the following few weeks, the young man started to control his temper, so the amount of nails that were pounded into the wall breathtakingly diminished.

It wasn't much sooner than the young man ran across it was less demanding to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the wall.

At that point, the day at last came when the young man didn't lose his temper even once, and he got to be so glad for himself, he couldn't hold up to tell his father.

Satisfied, his father proposed that he now haul out one nail for each one day that he could hold his temper.

A few weeks passed by, and the day at last came when the young person was equipped to tell his father that all the nails were gone.

Quite tenderly, the father took his child by the hand and headed him to the wall.

"You have finished great, my child," he grinned, "yet take a gander at the openings in the wall. The wall will never be the same."

The young man listened precisely as his father kept on speaking.

"When you say things in indignation, they leave lasting scars much the same as these. What's more regardless of how often you say you're sad, the wounds will even now be there."

Respect our Family...

This time likewise I have a fascinating and motivational story for every one of you. The story goes like this.
A rancher got so old that he couldn't till the ground any longer. So he might use the day simply sitting on the yard. His child, as of now working the ranch, might gaze toward time to time and see his father sitting there. "He's of no utilization any longer," the child thought to himself, "he doesn't do anything!" One day the child got so baffled by this, that he constructed a wood pine box, dragged it over to the yard, and advised his father to get in. Without saying anything, the father moved inside. In the wake of shutting the cover, the child dragged the pine box to the edge of the homestead where there was a high bluff. As he approached the drop, he heard a light tapping on the top from inside the box. He opened it up. Even now lying there calmly, the father gazed toward his child. "I know you are set to toss me over the precipice, however before you do, might I recommend something?" "What is it?" answered the child. "Toss me over the precipice, when you like," said the father, "yet spare this great wood pine box... Your youngsters may need to utilize it...

Attitudes for Life...

vinayakmehra.blogspot.in

Once I have read somewhere that "Our attitude shows that where we are now in the height of success, and where we will go". Everybody has their own point of view towards attitude. Here we have 3 types of attitude for life.
  • “Maintain an attitude of anticipating success!”- Some people with a negative mindset have become masters of anticipating failure. Change the mindset to positive. As most of the time we think that, it is not going to happen, and we anticipate failure of our all hard work. But we must have to think positively.
  • "Maintain a forgiving attitude”. I feel that, I am very lucky who got so many friends who are good as a family. From whom I can learn so many things and will learn so many things. I remember one of my friend who is very very simple, forgiving nature, and I always admire the clam attitude same like my friend. I can say that he was one of my "Guru" who thought me, how to control our self and forgive others. Now he is in very good position and getting success in every steps. That's an live example of a forgiving attitude which I feel that everybody should have.
  • “Maintain a receptive attitude”. Be open to others ideas, opinions, suggestions; do not have mental blockade. Listen first and listen to everyone. Spread love, think twice then make any decision.
It is clear now that a Positive Attitude towards our - job, spouse, friends, colleagues, family members, business, siblings, boss, partner, client, associate, passion, interests, hobbies are needed.
One will hit the peak & reach the top of his personal life & career if he creates a Positive Attitude in all the above. Let us keep working in that direction so that we can improve our self and our Inner Power...
